The Office of Community and Belonging

The Office of Community & Belonging (OCB) spearheads Bryant University's mission to cultivate an inclusive campus environment where every community member feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. By offering educational programs, leadership opportunities, campus-wide initiatives, resources, and fostering collaborative partnerships, OCB empowers students, faculty, and staff to learn, connect, and build a strong community, enhancing the sense of belonging throughout the university.

OCB collaborates closely with the PwC Center, which encompasses the Intercultural Center, the Gertrude Meth Hochberg Women's Center, and the Pride Center. It also leads university-wide initiatives such as the Day of Understanding, Community Mini-Grants, Stories of Belonging, the Food Security Program, and the Belonging Hub. Additionally, OCB supports faculty and staff through the Bryant Affinity Network and the Engagement Zone.

By creating meaningful experiences that promote learning, engagement, and connection, the office contributes to a welcoming campus where all members of the Bryant community can flourish, working in collaboration with individuals and partners across the University.
