Post Office
The Bryant University Post Office, located on the second floor of the south wing of the Unistructure, provides mail and package services for students.
Services and Information
Window Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (First three Saturdays of each semester for package pickup only.)
Student Mailing Address
Use the following address for all personal mail and packages:

Letter & Package Pickup
All letters and packages shipped to the Bryant University mailing address, including Amazon packages not designated for Amazon Lockers—are received by Shipping & Receiving and transferred to the Post Office for processing. Once processed, packages are either made available for pickup at the Post Office or placed in the package lockers located outside the Post Office on the second floor.
Students will receive an email and/or text message from Neopost when their package is ready for pickup. If the package was placed in the Post Office lockers, a 6-digit pickup code will be included in the email.
Packages will be held for 15 business days. If a package is not picked up after the initial notification, a second reminder will be sent. Packages not claimed within the 15-business-day holding period will be returned to the sender or donated if they cannot be returned.
Sending Packages
Please note that the Bryant University Post Office is no longer a contract USPS Post Office. We are able to accept packages for mailing only if they already have prepaid postage.
Postage stamps are available for purchase from the snack vending machine located in Gulski Dining Hall.
Students can purchase prepaid postage and print shipping labels by creating a USPS Click-N-Ship® account. The Post Office staff can assist with weighing and measuring packages and can help print shipping labels after postage has been purchased online.
Identification Requirements
Students must present one of the following forms of identification when picking up a package:
- Bryant University ID
- Valid driver's license
- Passport
**If someone else will be picking up a package on a student's behalf, the student must email bryantpo@bryant.edu to authorize that individual. The authorized person must also present a valid form of identification.
Important Reminder
For security reasons, friends and family are strongly encouraged not to send cash through the mail, as it may be lost or stolen.
Amazon Locker Delivery
Students may also choose to have eligible Amazon orders delivered directly to one of Bryant University's Amazon Lockers by selecting the appropriate locker during checkout. Enter ZIP code 02917, then choose one of the following pickup locations:
- Harmonica Locker: Located outside the Financial Aid Office and Salmanson Dining Hall on the first floor of the Unistructure .
- Arakan Locker: Located outside Newport House (Hall 17).
Once an order has been delivered, Amazon will send an email or text message containing the pickup code needed to retrieve the package.
